The Heirloom Media Booth

Every guest becomes a photographer.

While we're documenting your day, the photo booth captures the reception from your guests' side of the room — unlimited snaps, instantly collected, zero effort from anyone. The photos your friends would have kept on their phones end up in your gallery instead.

What's Included

Unlimited guest photos all reception long — no coin slot, no attendant hovering, no limits.

Instant collection — every shot lands in one place and gets delivered with your wedding gallery.

Setup and teardown handled — we place it where the energy is and it runs itself.

Pairs with the video booth — both are part of the $1,000 Media Booth package covering your full reception.

How It Works

1

We set it up at your reception — near the bar, the dance floor, wherever your people will be.

2

Guests do their thing. Solo shots, group chaos, grandparents figuring it out — it all gets captured.

3

You get everything — the full take, delivered alongside your professional gallery.

What Actually Comes Out Of It

A Field Guide to Your Guests

Every booth session tells on somebody. After a hundred weddings, we can promise you'll get all five of these.

No. 1

The Formals

Everyone steps up planning to be dignified — one composed frame as proof they clean up nicely. The suits get straightened, someone calls the shot order, chins go up. We love these because they last about eight seconds before somebody breaks.

The Comedians

Then the sunglasses come out. The booth has a way of un-shying even the quietest guests — suddenly there are props, tongues out, snack theatrics, and at least one person who decides the lens deserves a much, much closer look. These are the frames that live in the group chat for the next decade.

The Romantics

Not everything goes goofy. Couples steal a quiet frame between dances. Best friends press cheek to cheek. The pair who's been married forty years does the pose from their own reception — and sometimes the softest portrait of the entire night happens right here, completely unprompted.

The Whole Crew

College roommates, cousins, the entire eighth table — the booth pulls people shoulder-to-shoulder in a way the dance floor never quite manages. These become the “everyone we love in one frame” photos, and they're often the ones parents ask us to print.

The Next Generation

The kids always find it first — and come back the most. Flower girls mid-twirl, ring bearers testing every pose they know, grandparents pulled in by small insistent hands. Three generations in a single frame is the booth doing its best work.
